The 2023 skydiving season is in full swing! We operate 7 days a week by reservation, and accept reservations via phone, text, email, or our social media channels. Spots fill up quickly, so be sure to reserve early for your chance to enjoy the thrill of a skydive over the most scenic skydiving location in Northern New England!
When you’re ready to make the leap, it all starts with a reservation! We are a very efficient skydiving center, and your time is important to us. Therefore, we require that you reserve a timeslot for yourself and your group, and show up at least 30 minutes prior to your reservation. We do most of our reservations via the phone since we love to talk with you directly to give you all the information you will need and answer any questions you may have. We are very customer service oriented, and that’s the first step to a great experience! We also will accept reservation requests via our online reservation request form, via text message at (207) 991-5800 or via email at email@example.com, if you prefer. In general, a group of two can expect to be here for an hour. A group of 4 can expect to be here for a maximum of two hours.
When you call to reserve your slot, we will ask for a name, the number of jumpers in your group, a contact phone number (for reservation confirmation and to communicate should any weather issues arise that may impact our ability to jump), and finally a valid credit card number to hold the reservation. We DO NOT charge anything on the credit card during booking. You can pay on the day of your jump however you like. This step is simply to hold the time slot and to ensure that you show up for your reservation. (Other skydiving centers will charge you a deposit right off the bat. We don’t operate that way).
In the case that you do not show up or there is a late cancellation (within 24 hours of your scheduled jump), we reserve the right to take a $100 “no-show” fee per person. We are a busy skydiving center, and we often turn away others for the time you have reserved. By making a reservation, you agree to this policy. Also, if you cannot jump due to weather or other issues (such as aircraft issues), there is never a charge. Any monies paid are refunded straight away, we don’t keep your money or offer “rainchecks” like other skydiving centers.
On the point of weather, skydiving is a very weather dependent activity. Please be flexible. We cannot jump when we have low clouds, rain, or when the winds are strong or gusty. We will do our best to keep you notified of any situation which would cause you to be unable to jump, and it’s always a good idea to contact us before leaving your house to check on the weather. Also, if we notice the weather changing to a point where safety or legality is in question, we will use the phone number you provide when you book a reservation to contact you. Please keep a sharp eye on your phone leading up to the date of your jump. We make the call on whether or not the weather conditions are jumpable, so please check before you come out. Keep in mind the weather at our facility can be different than the weather at your home. If you are visiting our area, we recommend booking during the beginning of your stay rather than waiting until the last day to schedule your jump. Please keep in mind that traffic can delay your arrival time, and plan accordingly.
