When I arrived Rich and Nick were beyond professional they know their stuff! We had a not so great experience trying to jump with another skydive company, so booking with Skydive Coastal Maine was so refreshing. They don't charge you money up front and then not offer refunds due to weather like other companies. And they offer to answer any skydiving question you might have, even if it's later at night. Rich, Nick and even pilot Ed did a great job of squashing nerves, being clear and professional while at the same time making sure we all had fun. My picture package was on my phone about 15 minutes after the jump, which you can’t really get turnaround time like that anywhere. All around top tier experience that I will never forget.
