Rich and his partner Nick are competent, professional, kind and incredibly supportive! I felt thrilled, safe and excited from the moment I arrived! And that was because of the vibe created by Rich and Nick! The ride up was really cool because there was so much beauty to see. Before you know it, the door is open and you’re flying! I loved flying! They mentioned how they were both either just below or just above 10,000 skydives each, which was very obvious in the ways they handled themselves on the plane and during the dive. However, although they have done this thousands of times, they were the furthest thing from cocky and were talking about how they always have more to learn. I love that they didn't act like they knew everything and talked us through the entire process. I did this for my 23rd birthday and it was the best birthday I've had yet. The entire process was MUCH less nerve-wrecking than I anticipated. Once I got there and they talked me through everything, I was 100% confident that I was safe and in great hands.
