Imagine my surprise when Rich answered the phone! Filled with hesitations and reservations, Rich was amazing! He was so calm and collected, so kind, and he put no pressure on me! He just offered encouragement and reassurance! By the time we said goodbye, I had a reservation - without a deposit! My tandem jump with Rich was life altering! Rich and his partner Nick are competent, professional, kind and incredibly supportive! I felt thrilled, safe and excited from the moment I arrived! And that was because of the vibe created by Rich and Nick! The ride up was really cool because there was so much beauty to see. Before you know it, the door is open and you’re flying! I loved flying! The world looks and feels brilliant! The free fall: Trust me there is nothing like it! Enjoy it to the fullest! You will want more and more of that free as hell feeling! They mentioned how they were both either just below or just above 10,000 skydives each, which was very obvious in the ways they handled themselves on the plane and during the dive. However, although they have done this thousands of times, they were the furthest thing from cocky and were talking about how they always have more to learn. I love that they didn't act like they knew everything and talked us through the entire process. I did this for my 23rd birthday and it was the best birthday I've had yet. The entire process was MUCH less nerve-wrecking than I anticipated. Once I got there and they talked me through everything, I was 100% confident that I was safe and in great hands. I would recommend Skydive Coastal Maine to ANYONE, even those who are very risk averse. Great job guys, keep doing what you're doing!!!! If you can afford the video/picture package, I would highly recommend it! Definitely worth the price ot capture the fun and the edit that they do on the video is incredible!

The free fall was exhilarating and then flying the parachute over southern Maine was absolutely stunning. I can’t recommend this team enough for first time divers, or any divers for that matter. We had a not so great experience trying to jump with another skydive company, so booking with Skydive Coastal Maine was so refreshing. They don't charge you money up front and then not offer refunds due to weather like other companies. And they offer to answer any skydiving question you might have, even if it's later at night. We bought the pictures of our jump, and you get a TON of pictures and they look amazing. Rich and Nick really took care of us, and are super cool dudes. Cannot recommend them enough!!! I look forward to jumping with them again. I cannot wait to get back up in the skies!!!

The photo and video package is so worth it for a first jump. They delivered them same day, and they came out so good! Great times, a lifelong memory, and such a rush! Everyone should go see them.
