Rich, Nick and even pilot Ed did a great job of squashing nerves, being clear and professional while at the same time making sure we all had fun. My picture package was on my phone about 15 minutes after the jump, which you can’t really get turnaround time like that anywhere. All around top tier experience that I will never forget.
